a picture is worth a thousand words.

hey all. so today i realized i missed my picture taking dead line. since November 7,2010 i started this diet regimen. its January 28, 2011 here are the pictures to show you my progress so far.

*after a month of semi-trying hard it still didn't go up any higher but i could still tell a little.

*this is after more than a month of working my ass off hardcore. i actually went past the point it wouldn't before!



okay yes these pics are embarrassing but i like to post them more as motivation that shows myself with hard work after about two months look what i could do for myself. heck yes i want to post them. 
no of course im not ready for spring break yet but at least i know i can get there with hard work :)

Taking the next step... or should i say the next treadmill....

so i didnt get to update as quickly as i had hoped but the search for a new gym is over!!!! :D

i can actually say i'm extremely happy with my choice. although the facility is about 15 mins from where i live that is the ONLY down side! ya'll have no idea how stoked i am about this.

[ this sounds like some sort of advertisement lol it's not its just an amazing deal i stumbled upon :D ]

This is the general area where the strength training machines are.


The Womens Section which is sectioned off  on its own, it also has the same equipment only more private.

 
this is part of the main area with all the cardio machines and what not :)
 so the best part about the entire gym is the fees. it's 20 a month.  no catches. with that you get full 24 hour access that is available and you get to take one guest with you a day. After searching for about a week this was beyond the best deal i found. i'll keep ya'll update with how it actually is starting monday when i go :)

Tips to finding a good Gym:
  1. Have and Keep an Open Mind. if you really want a good deal you can't just jump on the first deal you see.
  2. Use Your Phonebook! in there are lists of gyms in your area and sometimes when you call you get a sweet little try it free kind of deal :)
  3. GOOGLE!  google reviews for the top gyms that interest you the most.
  4. Ask for Specifics (hours, fees, etc.) some gyms have hidden fees that they won't tell you about and just start to slip into your bill

Size 2 clothes don't come to those too lazy to sweat

this being my first blog and open way to talk about weight loss my goals and ambitions to get to where i want to be, i'm not quite sure where to begin. let's try right about here:

I am 23 years old and weigh 232.2. Back in October 2010 i weighed in at 257. once realizing i getting close to 300 lbs i started to freak out. as of today i reached my 25 lb limit although i had slacked today and had a coke.

things that i've changed: i really don't drink much coke anymore and/or eat fast food anymore. although it is hard i manage to get through the day. :)

starting tomorrow i'm going to look into gyms and see what different things they have to offer.

i'll definitely update tomorrow to let everyone know whats up :)

i think this covers enough for my first blog. :S
